Frequently asked questions
What happens when the course's 3 months of premium end?
Course 1 is yours forever: you bought it, you didn't rent it. The rest (unlimited trainer, scenarios, coach, Course 2) returns to the free plan. If you want everything back, subscribe whenever you like — you never lose the course or your progress.
Should I buy the course or the yearly subscription?
If what you want is a solid foundation and practice, the course (€49) gives you the 7 lessons forever plus 3 months of everything. If you'll train all year, want Course 2, or use the scenarios and the coach daily, yearly (€59/yr) is the better deal.
Is the coach an AI?
Yes — and deliberately an AI that does no math: the numbers (equity, pot odds, ranges) are computed by our poker engine, and the AI only explains them and links you the right lesson. Ask it for a figure the engine hasn't computed and it will say so rather than make one up.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, anytime from the secure Stripe portal (under "Your plan" in your dashboard). You keep premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and it simply stops renewing.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, the same gateway millions of businesses use. We never see or store your card details.
Is there real money in play?
No, and there never will be. bit.poker is a trainer, not a casino: no deposits, no buyable chips, no redeemable prizes. The only thing you pay for is access to the training material.
Still unsure? Start with the free stuff
The 12 tools and the daily quiz don't even ask you to sign up. The trainer, with 10 spots a day, only needs your email.
